Ohio Could Still Get Cracker Plant

Ohio’s hopes of landing a coveted “cracker” plant and the jobs and capital investment it would generate may not be dead after all.
I picked up on that this week during an interview with Cal Dooley, CEO of the American Chemistry Council, which represents the chemical industry. We were talking about all the investments being made by companies in Ohio because of the Utica shale play, which you can read aboutin this week’s paper.
