Natural Gas Producers Concerned About Obama Victory

Barack Obama has vanquished Mitt Romney to secure another four years as the US president and decisions that had been put off until after the election now have to be made. One is whether the U.S. should export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in tankers, to countries as near as Brazil and as far as Japan, which has ramifications for not only domestic plays, but international gas producers. The jury is still out for which way Mr. Obama goes, but something’s going to have to give.
