Processing Plant in Leesville to Begin Operating Soon

From the Akron Beacon Journal:
Look for the new natural gas-processing plant at Leesville in southwest Carroll County to begin operations in mid-November.
That report came from Carroll County Economic Development director Araon Dobbs last week at a public meeting.
The company behind the plant is Utica East Ohio Midstream.
It is a partnership involving M3 Midstream, Access Midstream and EV Energy Partners.
The new cryogenic plant is part of the system that includes a gas-processing plant at Kensington in Columbiana County and a liquids-fractionation plant at Scio in Harrison County, plus a 35-mile pipeline connecting those two facilities.
The new plant in Orange Township is designed to handle 200 million cubic feet per day and can be expanded.
