Coming off of a week where 32 permits were issued, only 3 new permits are on the latest report.  All of them were issued to Chesapeake Energy for Harrison County wells.

There have now been 1126 permits issued in Ohio for Utica shale drilling.  759 wells have been drilled, 385 are producing, and the Utica rig count dropped to 41.
