Drill Capital Building Its Final Ohio Hotel in Cadiz

An investment firm that specializes in Utica shale lodging is building a third and final hotel in eastern Ohio. 
The site is in Cadiz, a hub of oil and gas activity that has no hotels. 
Drill Capital LLC's Farid Guindo said his company is set to soon start construction on a four-story, 80-room Days Inn and Suites. It could open by the end of this year. 
A local development group is constructing a Microtel Inn and Suites in Cadiz that will probably open before the Days Inn. But Guindo had his eyes on Cadiz from the start, even before the New York firm announced its hotels in the towns of Carrollton and Caldwell.
