Cracker Plant in the Works for West Virginia

From the Charleston Daily Mail:

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and Odebrecht -- a Brazilian engineering, construction and petrochemical company -- today announced plans to explore the development of a new petrochemical complex in Washington, W.Va. 
Wood County, located in the heart of the state's Polymer Alliance Zone, has long been rumored as a potential site for a the coveted petrochemical plant.
