Texas Firm Pleads Guilty to Using Illegal Aliens for Marcellus Shale Work

In a development that fracktivists are sure to cease on as an example of why the promise of jobs jobs and more jobs by oil and gas companies can't be taken at face value, PennLive reports:
A Texas company accused of using illegal aliens for work in the Marcellus Shale natural gas fields on Monday pleaded guilty to harboring and transporting illegal aliens and agreed to forfeit $250,000 cash and pay a $25,000 fine. 
GPX/GXP USA of Sealy, Texas, also agreement to put in place a compliance program to ensure it adheres to applicable immigration and employment laws.
